Privacy note

Your information, in plain language

This site is run by Nick Ty the AI Guy LLC, in Orem, Utah.

What we collect

• If you join the mailing list from the quiz: your email address and your quiz gap topics (the questions you answered “no” to).
• If you send a message or request through a form: what you type in, like your name, email, business, and phone.
• If you book through Calendly: Calendly and its payment processor (Stripe) handle your booking and payment details under their own privacy policies.

Quiz answers stay on your phone unless you choose to join the mailing list.

Why

To send you occasional tips by email and so Nick can follow up with you personally. That’s it.

No selling or sharing

We don’t sell, rent, or share your information. Form messages pass through the services that deliver them to Nick (an email forwarding service and our own website server), and nothing else.

How to unsubscribe

Reply “unsubscribe” to any email from Nick, or email nick@nickty.com. You’ll be taken off the list. You can also ask Nick to delete what he has about you.
