Operations Assessment Agreement

When you book and pay for the Operations Assessment, you agree to these terms. "We" and "Nick" mean Nick Ty the AI Guy LLC. "You" means the business booking the Assessment.
1. What you get
- Discovery: Nick learns how your business runs: calls, leads, scheduling, paperwork, follow-up, and so on.
- Written findings: A thorough list of opportunities, each with its own dollar estimate.
- Walkthrough meeting: We go over the findings together.
This works for any industry: restaurants, retail, SaaS, trades, services, and more.
2. Price
$1,500, paid in full when you book. It's a fixed price. There's no hourly billing.
3. The guarantee
If the written findings don't show at least $1,500 in combined first-year savings and new revenue, you get your $1,500 back. The case is made on paper with reasonable math. Staff time saved, recovered sales, and fees avoided all count. You don't have to carry out the changes for the guarantee to be met. Making the changes and getting the savings is up to you.
4. Credit toward a project
If you choose to continue with a project with Nick, your $1,500 goes toward that project. Projects are quoted separately, at a fixed price, upfront. You're never obligated to buy anything else.
5. Scheduling and cancelling
You can reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel before discovery starts, you get a full refund. If you cancel after discovery starts, any refund is decided case by case.
6. Your part
You'll give Nick the access and information he needs and respond in a reasonable time. Delays on your side may push back the timeline.
7. Timeline
Nick aims to deliver the written findings within 5–10 business days after discovery.
8. Confidentiality
Nick keeps your business information private and uses it only for your Assessment, except as described below. Information and findings may be anonymized and used as case study data. No identifying or proprietary information will be sold or shared with anyone without your written approval.
9. What the findings are
The findings are recommendations. Beyond the refund guarantee above, we don't promise any specific results.
10. Limits
Our total liability for anything related to the Assessment is limited to the fees you paid for it.
11. Utah law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
